This post has my free printable scripture coloring pages about the book of Matthew. Matthew is that very first book in the Christian New Testament. It is one of four accounts of the life of Jesus. It isn’t really fair to pull quotes out of context from the book because it is really best read all together BUT
I think if you’re reading it and want to focus or meditate on shorter bits, I hope these coloring sheets from Stevie Doodles with short quotes from the book of Matthew will be useful for you. I made them just for all of you who come to Stevie doodles for free pages.
I have an entire section of Christian coloring pages too, so find pages for every book and if it isn’t there yet - what’s coming soon is a page for every single book of the bible with free printable coloring pages about that particular book.
I hope you love my pages!
“Let your light shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your father in heaven.”
“When the son of man comes in all his glory, and all his angels with him, he will sit on his glorious throne.”
“And surely I am with you always, even to the end of the age”
“Not everyone who says to me ‘Lord, Lord’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only those who do the will of my Father who is in heaven.”
“You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot.”
“Come to me all who are weary and I will give you rest.”
“Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.”
“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.”
“Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal.”
Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink or about your body, what will you wear. Is not life more important than food, and the body more important than clothes?”
