Free Eritrean Coloring Pages

I had lunch last week with my friend Lisa in Spokane Washington at a lovely little place called “Feast World Kitchen.” This is seriously a wonderful little place and I’m so excited that it is thriving in Spokane. Even though I was rooting so hard for it, I’d never taken the time to go have a meal there!

On my last day in the area for I don’t know how long (not sure when I’ll make it back) I thought - I need to get my butt to Feast World Kitchen!

What is so special about this place? The chefs! The chefs are on a rotating schedule and each day, Wednesday - Sunday, a different chef offers a lunch and dinner menu for diners. The chefs are refugees from various countries, so there is an enormous variety to be found in the kitchen.

I’m so glad that on the day we went, Lisa and I got to enjoy Eritrean food because I’ve been badly wanting to try it. I especially loved the Eritrean Injera because it’s a bread-like thing I can actually eat.

Highly, highly recommend visiting Feast if you’re in Spokane and especially recommend dropping in when the Eritrean chef is in the kitchen.
